Driven with a desire to make a difference in the daily lives of residents, Kayla serves as the Activity Director for Golden Horizons of Aitkin. She brings 16 years of long-term care experience, vast knowledge of resident care, and her talents with art and singing to her role. With her empathetic nature and her background as a nursing assistant, Kayla can connect with residents on a personal level, allowing her to create meaningful and enjoyable activities that promote well-being and a sense of belonging. Being able to share her talents and creativity is one of Kayla’s favorite aspects of her role at Golden Horizons.
