Philosophy: To provide the frail and/or handicapped person the autonomy and support necessary to attain and maintain the psychosocial well being.
The Golden Horizons Assisted Living Community is semi-independent living in a private efficiency apartment. Each apartment has a private bathroom with shower plus ample living space which includes an area to put a microwave and small apartment-sized refridgerator.
Basic Services Include:
- Professional Management Team
- 3 home cooked meals (daily)
- Laundry services (2 loads once a week)
- Housekeeping Service (once a week)
- Linen Services ( twice a month)
- 24 hour attendant and Emergency response System
- RN on staff
- Planned activities and Outings
- Mail pick up and delivery
- All Utilities
- Transportation to and from local Medical appointments
- Building and Apartment maintenance
- On site resident parking
